At Reliable Pawn Shop, we stand behind the quality of our merchandise. Due to the nature of our inventory, all sales are considered final except as outlined below.

Returns

Returns may be considered within 7 calendar days of delivery only with prior authorization and only if the item is returned in the exact condition received, including all original packaging and accessories.

A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

  • Jewelry of any kind (including gold, silver, diamonds, and gemstones)

  • Precious metals, bullion, or coins

  • Watches

  • Electronics

  • Musical instruments

  • Firearms or firearm-related items (where applicable)

  • Items sold “As-Is” or marked “Final Sale”

  • Clearance items or promotional purchases

  • Any item showing signs of wear, use, alteration, or tampering

Brand New & Factory-Sealed Items

Brand new or factory-sealed items may be returned only if unopened and all factory seals remain fully intact.

Once a factory-sealed item has been opened, it becomes final sale and non-returnable.

All brand new returns are subject to inspection and a 20% restocking fee.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection approval.

Unauthorized or Late Returns

Returns sent without authorization or outside the return window may be refused and returned to the sender at the customer’s expense.

We maintain detailed records including photographs, serial numbers, and shipping documentation.
