Reliable Pawn Shop ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.


Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.

  • Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

  • During peak periods or for high-value orders, processing times may be extended.


Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • We ship using USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the item’s size, value, and destination.

  • Tracking information is provided for all orders once shipped.

  • Signature confirmation is required for high-value items at our discretion.


Delivery, Loss & Delays

Once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier.

  • Reliable Pawn Shop is not responsible for delays, loss, or theft occurring after a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier.

  • Any delivery issues must be addressed directly with the shipping carrier.

  • We will provide shipping documentation and assist with carrier claims when applicable.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

  • Reliable Pawn Shop is not liable for delays, losses, or misdeliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Packages returned due to address issues will incur a reshipping fee.


Shipping Documentation

We maintain detailed shipping records, including photographs, serial numbers, and carrier documentation, for verification and dispute resolution purposes.
