Reliable Pawn Shop ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.
Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.
During peak periods or for high-value orders, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship using USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the item’s size, value, and destination.
Tracking information is provided for all orders once shipped.
Signature confirmation is required for high-value items at our discretion.

Delivery, Loss & Delays

Once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier.

Reliable Pawn Shop is not responsible for delays, loss, or theft occurring after a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier.
Any delivery issues must be addressed directly with the shipping carrier.
We will provide shipping documentation and assist with carrier claims when applicable.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Reliable Pawn Shop is not liable for delays, losses, or misdeliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Packages returned due to address issues will incur a reshipping fee.

Shipping Documentation

We maintain detailed shipping records, including photographs, serial numbers, and carrier documentation, for verification and dispute resolution purposes.
